Located in the Sussex Downs, Hollingbury golf club is a championship golf course, having hosted major professional tournaments, which demonstrates a true test of any golfers ability. Since the opening of the club in 1908, the club has had many developments and improvements resulting in its unique layout as we know it today.
As a club, we're proud to be more sustainable when it comes to course management in order to keep our club and it's surroundings as it should be. We have created wild flower areas and have nurtured the downland grasses to maintain it's unique standing. We have updated our irrigation system so that we use our water efficiently and keep any wastage to an absolute minimum.
We will continue to work on all aspects of making the course more sustainable.
